"Glass and Grounds" Fused Glass Workshop

✨️GLASS & GROUNDS WORKSHOPS ARE HERE! ✨
Ever wanted to try glass art but felt intimidated by the tools? I’ve taken care of all the technical "heavy lifting" so you can experience making glass art without the headache! No cutting, no grinding, and absolutely no experience necessary! The pre-ground glass buffet is completely safe to touch. 🙌
Grab a drink, a bite to eat, and design your own beautiful 4"x6" suncatcher (complete with a wood base!) while soaking up the cozy atmosphere of a local cafe. ☕
Simply choose your glass pieces from a selection of different shapes, sizes and colours and arrange them however you like! You can add details like paint, crushed glass (frit), glass nuggets and rods. This is is your time to be totally creative, but don't be worried if youre not super artistic! You will have guidance from me, a professional glass artist, every step of the way!
After you've finalized your piece, I will take it to my home studio in Burnaby to be fired in my kiln. Your artwork will be ready for pick-up/shipped within 2 weeks from your workshop date.
