Yin Yoga Teacher Training
About this Event
This immersive 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga beyond the physical postures.
Over three in-person weekends, participants will explore the intersection of Yin Yoga, nervous system awareness, structural anatomy, and traditional meridian theory. The training blends evidence-informed teaching with yoga philosophy, helping students develop the confidence to guide safe, meaningful, and accessible Yin classes.
Led by Certified Yoga Therapist and E-RYT 500 Alison Réaume, the program emphasizes teaching presence, functional movement, prop-supported practice, and the subtle energetic aspects of stillness. Rather than focusing solely on sequencing or memorizing poses, participants will learn how to adapt Yin practices for individual bodies while creating classes that support regulation, awareness, and deep rest.

- Nervous system-informed Yin Yoga
