ANCIENT SOUND JOURNEY & CACAO

I warmly invite you to an evening of deep nourishment, a multi-sensory journey into the body, the breath, and the heart.

Guided by Daniele Manodritto, this ceremonial gathering blends the heart-opening spirit of cacao with the ancient resonance of sound to help you reconnect with the wisdom that lives within you and around you.

This is a space to slow down, to listen inwardly, and to remember what it means to come home to yourself. With the support of ceremonial cacao and sacred traditional instruments, we will create a safe container of music, an intentional field where emotions can be gently processed, feelings welcomed, and transformation allowed.

You will be guided through an intuitively woven soundscape using instruments from around the world: Therapeutic Singing Bowls, Andean flutes, Didgeridoo, Native American flutes, Clay Ocarinas, Powwow drum, Ngoni, Duduk, Harmonica and more, each carrying ancestral memory and medicine. These are designed to stabilize the nervous system and hold participants in a balanced sonic space.

The journey begins with ceremonial cacao, a gentle plant ally known for its ability to soften the heart and expand inner awareness. In this open, embodied state, subtle realms of memory, insight, and emotional release become accessible.

From a therapeutic lens, this journey supports the nervous system, emotional regulation, and energetic alignment. From a spiritual lens, it is an offering to the mystery.

You are invited to come as you are and leave feeling more connected, grounded, and alive.

• A gentle arrival and welcoming into the space, allowing you to settle and connect with yourself
• An introduction to the practice of Sound Healing, what it is, how it works, and how to receive it with openness and presence
• A short guided breathwork practice to ground the body, calm the mind, and prepare for the journey ahead
• A guided cacao ritual, inviting the spirit of cacao to soften the heart, support emotional release, and deepen inner awareness
• A 75-minute Ancient Sound Journey, intuitively woven with sacred ancestral instruments, layered in real time based on the energy in the room
• A closing space of silence and integration, with a few words on how to support your process in the days that follow.

Please arrive by 5:15pm so we can begin together at 5:30pm. To honour the sacredness and silence of the space, late entry will not be permitted after the start time.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Your own yoga mat to lay on (or something similar with extra thickness).
• Blanket (for extra warmth)
• Cushion (for extra comfort)
• Water bottle
• Optional: Bring an eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes and deepen your listening experience.
• Optional: Bring a notebook and pen to journal any reflections or insights after the journey.

The session may extend slightly, so allow for up to 10 minutes of overtime.

Note: Only eat light meals beforehand.
