Join us for a collaborative evening on all things menopause!Connect with women from all stages of their menopause journey and become empowered with new knowledge from three incredible leaders in this space.
Our evening kicks off with a mix and mingle from 6.15pm and the formalities start at 6.30am.
Our line up includes three experienced guest speakers:
• Our very own Pelvic health physiotherapist Anna who will be discussing pelvic dysfunction in menopause.
• The Menopause Drs who will be discussing the medical intricacies of changes in our bodies with menopause along with the research around hormone replacement therapy.
• Tiffany from Mum Strong who will be discussing exercise through menopause.

Light refreshments, tapas (thanks for the incredible Sandy at Clarke Road Kitchen) & goodie bags included.
