An Evening of Healing: Cedar Foot Soak, Meditation, Sound Therapy and Candle Making

Join us for an evening of healing at the Maison McCulloch Hospice. We will start the evening with a cedar foot soak, which has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial effects, as well as healing properties that promote physical and emotional well-being. During this session, your feet will be soaked in a cedar bath while performing grounding and root chakra meditation. Learn about the healing properties of cedar and the importance of balancing your root chakra. We will then proceed with the candle workshop, where you will be introduced to vibrational reiki and the map of consciousness and create 2-9 oz candles that align with vibrational energies. This experience also contains teachings on the seven chakras, including crystals and essential oil blends to help calm the nervous system. Proceeds going to the Maison McCulloch Hospice.
