Co-creator of the #1 New York Times bestselling Spiderwick Chronicles series will visit Doylestown, PA, as part of his book tour for on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 at 2:00pm in the Life Sciences Auditorium at Delaware Valley University.

This is a ticketed event with multiple ticket options, detailed below. Each ticket includes admission for one adult (or one adult and one child) and one hardcover copy of The Wump. The book(s) included with your ticket will be available for pickup when you check in at the event.

Children under 2 do not need a ticket if they will be in a stroller or sitting on an adult's lap. All attendees who will be in their own seat require a ticket.

THIS IS A TICKETED EVENT - HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• The author WILL personalize books and take photos with ticket holders, signing the book that is included with your ticket, anything you purchase from the bookshop at the event, and no more than two from home.
• Doors open at 1:00 pm, and the event will start at 2:00 pm.
• Books will be available for pick-up when you check in at the event. You may not pick up your book prior to the event.
• An adult must accompany children under 18. Children under 2 do not need a ticket if they will be in a stroller or sitting on an adult's lap. All attendees who will be in their own seat require a ticket.
• Event tickets are non-refundable.
• If you cannot attend the event, we will hold your book at the front counter of The Doylestown Bookshop for pick-up. We will hold books for up to two weeks. Any books that have not been picked up or arranged to be shipped by the two-week mark will be donated. Please give us 48 hours after the event to prepare your books for pick-up.
