What is the Care Needs Screening?

All AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina (ACNC) members are encouraged to complete the Care Needs Screening (CNS), a survey that will help us understand your needs and how to best support you with programs and services. The Care Needs Screening asks questions about your health history and habits.

Complete a Care Needs Screening and receive $25 on your CARE Card. This reward can be earned by each member once per calendar year.
