Discover the power of stillness in sound through a deeply restorative yin yoga practice, set to the calming backdrop of ethereal ambient soundscapes.
In this 1.5-hour workshop, we will explore long-held, passive yin yoga poses designed to release tension, stretch connective tissues, and enhance mobility. Each pose will be supported by the gentle flow of ambient music, creating an immersive sound experience that soothes the mind and nervous system. The combination of physical stillness and atmospheric sound will help you drift into deeper states of relaxation.
We will work with breathwork and guided relaxation to cultivate a deeper sense of stillness. This workshop is for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
About the teacher
Natasha is an artist and yoga teacher. She integrates a playful style and curates the music to match the energy of the class. Her aim is to explore embodiment and stimulate the senses throughout the practice. She is also teaches Techno Yoga & the Yoga & Art Workshops at Absalon.
