Join us for a magical and soul-nourishing celebration of Sound and Light. Let yourself be lulled to sleep and wake up to the sound of gongs. Awaken your inner light during this beautiful journey full of sound and connection. With seven hours of uninterrupted gong sound, it's a space where you connect with your inner self, where you "vibrate" in harmonized energy throughout the night. A space where you experience deep relaxation, grounding, and well-being.

9:00 PM – 9:30 PM – Arrival: Get settled, prepare your space for the night, enjoy a cup of tea and meet new people
9:00 PM – 9:45 PM – Introduction
9:45 PM - 11:00 PM – Meditation and Sound Bath
11:00 PM – 6:00 AM – Gong Lullaby - seven hours of gentle, uninterrupted gong sound
6:00 AM – 6:45 AM – Sound Bath
7:00 AM – Farewell

During Gong Night, you can:
* Sleep deeply.
* Meditate and contemplate.
* Simply listen and be present the moment.
✨ How to Prepare
* Wear comfortable clothes and bring warm socks.
* Pack the essentials for a cozy night: a yoga mat, blanket, sleeping bag, mattress, pillow – anything that will keep you comfortable and warm.
