Aloha Fit Polynesian Dance Fitness is a fun, exciting and effective dance fitness workout. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, this fun workout incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with modern and nostalgic music.
Please dress comfortably (sarong and shoes are optional) and make sure to bring a bottle of water.
Please note that this is for the Fall Session #1 with Westshore Parks and Recreation. This class is held at tw Centennial Centre in Langford at 2805 Carlow Road. There will be no class on September 30th & October 14th.
