In a dimly lit room with eyes gently closed each participant observes the mind while releasing the body’s limitations through dance movement, permitting the release of physical and emotional discomfort.
Maggie guides the class into an 11-layer music journey that focuses on allowing the intelligent body to move US rather than we move our body. Each music layer is designed from a foundation of Chi Gong, Tai Chi and the Yoga Five Kosha system.
This class is designed to return us to our natural state by engaging us in a rapid physical and mental equilibrium. It is a form of meditation that uses movement to deepen our connection within, awaking an inner happiness. Meditation in Motion is liberating; some say even blissful.
