Alma - Sunday Circle with Will & Alita

Long before Alita and I built a life together, we were each exploring different paths toward the same question: How do we create the conditions for people to experience deeper connection—with themselves, with others, and with life itself?
I found my way through yoga, breath, movement, and embodied practice. Alita found hers through coaching, Nonviolent Communication, Authentic Relating, and Circling.
Over time, those paths began to weave together, and for a number of years we co-created retreats and experiences that brought these worlds into conversation with one another.
Then life invited us into a different chapter. We moved to a new country, built a home, became part of a beautiful community, and devoted ourselves to raising our daughter.
Now, after years of growing roots in this place and in our family, we find ourselves returning to this shared work with fresh eyes, deeper experience, and a renewed appreciation for the power of presence, connection, and community.
I'm deeply grateful to be opening this next chapter alongside Alita and to share it with all of you.

Join us for a Sunday gathering dedicated to presence, connection, and the practice of being human together.
Most of us spend our lives learning how to communicate with others, but very little time learning how to notice and name what's actually happening within us in the present moment.
Drawing from yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and relational practices, we'll guide you through a series of simple yet powerful exercises designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover what becomes possible when you can express your experience with greater clarity, before assumptions, stories, and automatic patterns take over.
Together, we'll explore practices that help us listen more deeply, communicate more authentically, and cultivate a stronger sense of connection with ourselves and those around us.
Our intention is not to fix, teach, or perform, but to create a space where we can practice being present, curious, and authentically connected.
No prior experience is necessary. Whether you're brand new to yoga and relational practices or have been exploring them for years, all are welcome. Come exactly as you are, with nothing more than a willingness to be curious.
