Host: Monu Harnal, Yoga Teacher
Info: Monu Harnal brings a rare blend of ancient wisdom and modern insight to every class. Raised in the U.S., she returned to India to train at the renowned Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram, earning an Advanced Yoga Teachers Certificate. Her teaching is rooted in five classical principles: proper breathing, asanas, relaxation, meditation, and healthy diet.
Each one-hour session weaves together these elements to help you feel grounded, build strength, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness — for all levels.
Beyond the mat, Monu is a certified executive coach and instructional designer, bringing decades of leadership and wellness expertise to her practice.
What to bring: your mat, comfortable clothing, and optionally a meditation pillow and blanket.
