LUNCH Break - 12.45-13.30

AFTERNOON SESSION:

The Birth and Meeting your baby for the first time.

Skin to skin and the Golden hour

Feeding choices and support available

Handling your New born, techniques to help baby settle.

TEA BREAK- 14.45-15.00

Caring for your baby Responsively and Safely

Nappy Changing

How to recognise your baby may be unwell.
