At St Luke’s, we’re committed to listening to every voice and value the insights of those who use our services. To support this, we run regular feedback sessions to help us understand how we can improve what we do. Our Feedback Group brings together patients, carers, families, staff, and Trustees, providing a welcoming space to share ideas, experiences, and suggestions. In our next session, we'll update you on our new website project and seek your feedback. We'll also present our new social prescribing initiatives and share plans for our 55th anniversary celebrations. There will also be an opportunity for open discussion on a selected theme. Please submit your ideas in advance.
