Please join us at the Paleaku Peace Gardens at 10:30 am on Tuesdays beginning January 7th for a 90 minute class: This pass is for classes on January 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th only. Missed classes will not be refunded.
This is a class that will be good for continuing Level 1 students as well as for those who have attended my Gentle classes in the past. This combo class will accommodate both levels of practitioners utilizing the Iyengar method of stages of each pose. Paced appropriately each student can benefit from the stage that is right for their body through the use of props. Come prepared to revitalize your practice and renew your energy level.
Props:
Students provide their own
Minimum required: A mat and strap
Recommended kit: 3 blankets, 2 blocks, a bolster, a strap, a mat
