About this Event

Join us for a Pilates and wellness day event in Manchester at the beautfiful venue Space at the Mill. This day has been designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and leave feeling grounded, energised and inspired.

Through Pilates, future self envisioning, ceremonial cacao ceremony, meditation, breathwork and energy healing, you'll enjoy a day of movement, reflection and connection with incredible like-minded women.



What to expect?


Welcome & Intention Setting
We'll begin by grounding into the space and your body, you'll get to know us (Nina & Caitlin), and setting intentions for the day.

Mat Pilates Class
An energising yet accessible Pilates session to strengthen your body, improve mobility and help you feel present. Beginner friendly.

Future Self Envisioning
Take time to connect with the version of yourself you're becoming. Through guided journalling, you'll write a letter to your future self, connecting to who you're becoming.

We'll finish by sharing one sentence with a partner and adding your intention to our collective Future Self Wall.

Nourishing Lunch
Enjoy time to relax, chat and connect with the group over a delicious lunch provided by Balance Kitchen. Chicken, Fish and Vegan buddha bowl options.

Cacao Ceremony & Guided Meditation
Open your heart with ceremonial cacao before being guided into a deeply relaxing and opening meditation.

Breathwork & Energy Healing
Release stress, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your inner self through a guided breathwork journey and receive a powerful energy healing.

Gentle Flow & Closing Circle
We'll gently integrate the day's experience with gentle pilates movement before coming together for our closing reflections.

No previous experience with Pilates, meditation or breathwork is needed. You're welcome exactly as you are.

Come as you are and leave feeling aligned, grounded and alive.

Please bring a journal and a bottle of water. Optional: bring an eyemask and/or blanket for breathwork and energy healing.
