Pilates on The Green with Gracie
About this Event
Start your morning with an energising Mat Pilates class on The Green in St John's, led by Gracie.
Suitable for all abilities, Gracie's classes combine mindful movement with a feel-good flow that will leave you feeling stronger, happier, and refreshed. With a focus on alignment, breath, and deep core engagement, each exercise is thoughtfully layered to help you build strength, improve technique, and move with confidence - whether you're completely new to Pilates or already have an established practice.
This is also a chance to slow down, connect, and spend time in a relaxed outdoor setting. Come along, move your body, and meet other like-minded individuals within the community.
Please bring:
- Your own Pilates mat
- A bottle of water
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the class begins to allow for a prompt 10:30am start.
After class, stay for a coffee, tea or cold-pressed juice on us at Department Coffee + Supplies (XYZ Building, 2 Hardman Blvd, M3 3AQ)
