David Norris and Jessica Yeaton, DPT are ready to talk Mountain Running and Mount Marathon!Join us Tuesday, July 2nd at Downtown Skinny Raven to hear and chat with a 2x Olympian, 2018 Mt Marathon winner, and all star Alaskan athlete as they talk all things mountain running/ mount marathon and specifically present on injury prevention for runners, strategy and tips to avoid injury, mount marathon tips and tricks to make race day a fun and rewarding experience.
6:30p will be a 5k shakeout run
7:15p program start, ending around 8:45p with a Q&A session
