Join us at Organic Oasis for live Irish music and sometimes community folk dancing, too, from 6-8pm every Tuesday! When there are enough interested parties we teach/call ceili and set dances, which are in some ways like contra and square dancing. No partner or experience is needed to join in the dancing, and all ages are welcome!
This is a session, not a band, so musicians are very welcome to join in, too, if you know the tunes or can pick them up by ear. Please note there are some differences between an Irish session and a "conventional" jam session - come chat with us if you're curious!
