Tervetuloa akrojoogaamaan! Jamit ovat kaikille avoimet harjoitukset eli jameissa ei ole opetusta. Jameihin ovat tervetulleita kaiken tasoiset akrojoogit.🤸

Keskiviikkoisin klo 17-20 (22.1.-21.5.2025)
HUOM! Ei jameja 19.2. ja 30.4. Sali on tällöin muussa käytössä.
MISSÄ?
Helsingin Saksalainen koulu, liikuntasali. Osoite: Malminkatu 14, 00100 Helsinki.
HUOM! Valitettavasti tilassa on rajallisesti tatamia, joten tuo halutessasi mukanasi oma alusta (esim. paksu joogamatto).
Saapumisohjeet: Kun saavut isolle portille, vilkuttele vahtimestarille vasemmalle kopissa, joka avaa sinulle portin. Käänny ensimmäisestä ovesta oikealle, jatka suoraan portaisiin ja ylös kolmanteen kerrokseen, viistosti vasemmalle ison tanssisalin ohi käytävän perälle.

Welcome to acroyoga! The jams are open practice - there is no organized teaching. The jams are open for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced acroyogis.🤸
WHEN?
On Wednesdays from 5 pm to 8 pm (22.1.-21.5.2025).
PLEASE NOTE that there are no jams on 19.2. and 30.4.
WHERE?
Helsinki German School, gym. Address: Malminkatu 14, 00100 Helsinki.
Please note that unfortunately there's limited tatami area at the school, so you can also bring your own yoga mat!
How to get there: To proceed through the gates, wave at the caretaker. Take the first door to the right and head to the third floor through the stairway. Continue diagonally to the left past the dancehall straight towards to the gym.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
5 € per jams
4 € per jams for the members of the Acro Yoga Association of Finland (Become a member: https://forms.gle/RVvzQqKqohhE5nAx6)
Payment by MobilePay or by bank transfer. Instructions for payment at the jams.
