AKA Artist Connect Session - Kilkenny

Join us for a relaxed Artist Connect session hosted by the AKA Festival, bringing together artists, community members and local groups from across County Kilkenny.

These sessions offer a balance of practical learning and meaningful connection. You will gain a clear understanding of how to take part in the AKA Festival 2026, while also meeting artists and creatives in your local area.

Facilitated by Martin Matthews, each session creates a welcoming space to ask questions, share ideas and build relationships within your local creative community.

You can expect an introduction to the AKA Festival, guidance on how to get involved, open discussion and time to connect with others.

Open to artists of all disciplines, community groups and anyone interested in creative activity locally.

These sessions are supported by the Artists Connect Fund through Kilkenny Arts Office.
