About This Event - Aikido class includes warm-up exercises, cardio, core strengthening, and technique. You will learn martial arts techniques in response to various attacks.
The instructor is affiliated with the Aikido World Alliance and possess a 3rd Dan and Shidoin!
- Tuesdays & Thursdays
- Class dates: January 7 - 30 | January 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30
- 6:45-7:45 PM
- Location: IronWorks North dojo room
- Attire: White martial arts gi or long athletic pants and a long-sleeve shirt
With $40/month pre-registration or class drop-ins available in the classroom for $10/class via QR-code.
