Welcome to an AfterWork Yoga session with YogaKi, followed by free sauna access for an hour and a half! 🧖‍♀️
Bring your work colleagues, friends and acquaintances for a full body experience and feel your stress melt away through breath, movement and sweat. This is a truly unique experience that will give you an opportunity to connect to your body, your breath and do a mind, body, spirit deep cleanse 🌻
The yoga will take place at Langhuset.
This is what you can expect:
16:00-17:00
An AfterWork Yoga session where you can feel the stress melt away through breath, movement and relaxation.
17:00-19:30
A post-yoga sauna session where you have free access to the saunas, and can sweat it all out and combine with cold plunges if you like.
19:30
Times up, but feel free to enjoy a meal and refreshing drinks in SALTS’s food court that offers a variety of different food and beverages.
What do you need?
🧘‍♂️ Bring your own yoga mat and whatever equipment you prefer to use for your yoga practice
🚿 Bring a towel or rent one for 50 kr
🩳 Swimwear is mandatory in the sauna, for the yoga bring whatever you prefer to wear
🔓 Bring a lock, if you want to use one of our lockers, or buy one at SALT
Sauna members and YogaKi members get discounted tickets. Members have to show proof of membership in the door.
