Join us for a rejuvenating Aerial Yoga for Beginners class with Cat Bigley! Whether you're brand new or have some experience, this class is perfect for anyone looking to explore the amazing benefits of aerial yoga.
What to Expect:
In this class, you'll use aerial silks to stretch, strengthen, and relax while being fully supported. Cat will guide you through the basics, helping you feel comfortable and confident as you flow through poses suspended in the air. This practice is gentle on the body and great for building core strength and flexibility.
What to Wear:
Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that covers your legs and armpits (to protect your skin from the silks).
Avoid zippers or jewelry that could snag the fabric.
