Ready to shake up your yoga practice and have a little fun? Try AIReal Yoga—a fresh, playful way to stretch, balance, and build strength with the support of a soft fabric hammock! The hammock’s looped fabric is like having your own personal yoga buddy, giving you the confidence to try poses you might have thought were just for the pros.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this 4-week series will make you feel comfortable and empowered in the hammock. Each class will build on the last, giving you time to master the basics, improve your balance, and boost your flexibility and strength as you go!
Gentle, guided inversions, experience the thrill of going upside down safely, with the hammock there to support you! Boost balance and flexibility by using the hammock to deepen stretches, correct alignment, and discover a new kind of balance in every pose. Have fun and relax, it’s a chance to play, relax, and see the world from a fresh angle!
Join us for an uplifting yoga adventure! Embrace this chance to explore a new way to move, play, and connect with yourself—no experience necessary!
This 4 week series will be offered on Fridays, January 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st. 6:00-7:30pm. $70 for all four weeks. Limited space, registration required, no refunds.
