Your 2-hour private studio experience features an instructor-led Aerial Yoga class for ALL levels—no yoga or aerial experience required.

Supported by aerial silks, you’ll explore stretches, strengthening poses, playful balances, and beginner-friendly inversions, with options for every comfort level.

After class, stay to mingle, take photos in the silks, enjoy complimentary tea and coffee and connect with your fellow flyers
