Join us for a rejuvenating day retreat set in the stunning barn conversion at The Fold in Bransford. This retreat is designed to help you step away from daily distractions and deepen your yoga journey with two unique aerial yoga sessions.
We'll begin with an energising aerial flow class focusing on inversions and strength-building. Later in the day, you'll unwind with a calming aerial yin session to restore and relax.
A delicious vegetarian lunch will be served at The Fold’s café, featuring locally sourced, freshly prepared dishes. Refreshments and snacks will be available throughout the day to keep you nourished and hydrated.
