The Medicine Wheel invites us to return to the timeless rhythm of nature, helping us realign with the cyclical wisdom of the Earth. By deepening our relationship with the seasons and the elements, we awaken to the natural rhythms that exist both around us and within us. This connection is vital in a world that often pulls us away from our innate sense of timing, harmony, and belonging.
In this immersive shamanic workshop, we will journey around the Medicine Wheel, exploring the gifts and teachings of each direction, season, and elemental force.
Through varied practices designed to awaken the senses and the spirit, the intention is to ground ourselves more fully in our bodies and deepen our connection to the land.

This is a space for inner exploration, reconnection, and remembrance, a returning to the cycles that have always guided us. Whether you're new to shamanic practice or walking an established path, this workshop offers a powerful portal back to the wild wisdom of nature and your own intuitive knowing.

About Sally:
Sally is a Shamanic Practitioner, Drum Maker, Musician, Sweatlodge & Workshop Facilitator based in Worcester. Her work is deeply rooted in the medicine of the land, inspired by the ancient ways and finding balance through connection to the natural world. She works to empower those who come to her offerings, holding space for people to cultivate their own deeper relationship to spirit, nature and to themselves.
Sally is the Founder of Collective Soul CIC, a non-profit set up to provide funded events & gatherings for the well-being, belonging & connection of the local community
