This weekend workshop will introduce you to all 38 individual Bach Flower remedies, including rescue remedy, and how they can be used to support individual emotional health and wellbeing.
All 38 remedies were discovered by Dr Edward Bach, a well-known physician and homeopath from Wales. He discovered that each remedy is associated with a basic human emotion. Mimulus is a flower remedy for when we are anxious or afraid about something specific like a phobia; taking the remedy helps us overcome our fear and face it with courage.
Learning about all 38 remedies will help support your past and present emotional health and how you’d like to feel in the future. Having a knowledge of the remedies can help us overcome daily emotional stressors and build emotional strength.
You will have the opportunity to make a remedies throughout the weekend. All handouts and course materials will be provided and each day will consist of a combination of group discussions, case-studies and individual reflections.
Total cost for the weekend is £150 and each attendee will get a gift pack on completion of the full course.
