Aerial Yoga Beginner's Workshop At Full Distance, we hold a monthly Aerial Yoga Beginner's Workshops for those looking to start taking Teresas Aerial Yoga classes. This workshop is mandatory for beginners and first-time Aerial Yoga attendees. We provide Aerial Yoga classes and workshops to people ages 13 and up. 🧘♂️
🤸♂️ During this workshop, Teresa will review the equipment and techniques to safely enjoy an Aerial Yoga class. After you have been introduced to all of the terminology and techniques, Teresa will begin to show you some basic stretches using the hammocks. After learning basic stretches and increasing comfort with the hammocks, Teresa will demonstrate some basic tricks for those who wish to give it a shot.
This class is for everyone, and our studio is a judgment-free space where we encourage learning and growth. Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing, and remove rings, bracelets, or watches. We encourage you to bring some water and a friend! 👭
✅ Please note attendees must purchase the Aerial Yoga Beginner's Workshop Class Pass; they can not use memberships or packages.
