Join us for a relaxing guided meditation paired with soothing sound healing. Let Sarah’s calm voice and healing instruments wash over you, melting away stress and bringing balance to your mind and body. Perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike!

Touch of Life Spa has an incredibly unique and beautiful work of art called a Gamelatron by Aaron Taylor Kuffner. The vibrations produced by these gongs are custom created for this space and are sure to put you in a hypnotic state.

Pillows and blankets are provided. Bring comfy clothes, socks to keep your feet warm if you tend to run cold, and an open heart. Cool aroma therapy eye cloths are given to help you let go even more. See you there!

Ten spots are available, seven of which are aerial hammocks that cocoon you comfortably. There are two reclining lounge chairs available, and two grounded spots on yoga mats. You will be contacted after your ticket is purchased to confirm your preferred relaxation place.
