Join Amanda and Lo as they introduce you to aerial chains. This workshop is for aerials students who are comfortable inverting, sitting and standing in a hammock. Plan to wear layers including a tank top, leggings that cover your whole leg, socks, sneakers, and a shirt that covers your arms as well.
**You must have taken at least 6 hammock classes prior to this workshop**
**You must meet the above requirements of being able to sit, stand, and invert in a hammock as well as be able to do a hollow body hold for 10 seconds**
$45 for non members
