In times of change, the mind will scramble for what it knows. The heart, when we listen, can hear deeper longings, bigger love, and more ancient wisdom. In this two-hour immersion, join Sarah for her signature Entering the Cave workshop, which aims to be a radically gentle, loving container in which to tiptoe towards the next dark cavern of our own souls.
When the world is dark, the inner light of the heart, and its longing for true purpose and connection, becomes brighter and more vital than ever. We'll hold our young and scared parts tenderly as we call in the wild courage of the inner artist, Life Force itself, to move us towards the next step in our path.
We'll explore the theme of the heart/mind connection, via guided somatic meditation, visualizations, journal prompts, poetry, and partner work. Bring a journal, pen, and yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothes for some gentle, accessible movement.
