Aerial Aroma Sound Bath 空中芳香聲頻療癒

Experience a multi-sensory deep relaxation journey that integrates gentle aerial stretching, aromatherapy, sound resonance, and somatic body awareness. This session is designed to help release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and guide the body into a state of deep rest and inner balance.

You will begin with mindful aerial stretching to soften muscles and fascia, support circulation, and prepare the body for relaxation. You will then rest in a supportive aerial hammock (or lie comfortably on the floor if preferred), surrounded by soothing sound frequencies from singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks, gongs, and ocean drums. Carefully selected pure essential oils will be gently diffused to enhance emotional ease and overall well-being.

Through the integration of sound, aroma, gentle movement, and somatic awareness, this experience may help reduce daily stress, support emotional calm, and promote better sleep readiness.

This session is suitable for anyone seeking a light, floating sense of deep relaxation and a restorative pause from busy life.

Please bring:
Yoga mat (if choosing floor option), towel, shawl or warm layer, eye mask, small pillow (optional), water, comfortable clothing and socks.

課程開始將透過身心覺察引導的空中伸展，幫助舒展肌肉與筋膜、促進循環流動，為身體進入放鬆狀態作好準備。其後，參加者可躺臥於被承托的空中吊床中（或按需要選擇舒適地躺於地面），在水晶頌缽、銅頌缽、風鈴、雨聲棒、銅鑼及海浪鼓等柔和聲頻的環繞下，讓身體自然進入安靜與放鬆。同時，空間中會輕柔擴散精選純天然精油香氣，進一步支持情緒舒緩與整體身心安定。

透過「聲音 × 芳香 × 溫和伸展 × 身體覺察」的整合，此體驗有助於舒緩日常壓力、支持情緒穩定，並為優質睡眠與身體修復作好準備。
