The shadow holds suppressed fears, desires, and rejected aspects of ourselves. These hidden parts influence how we behave, connect, and express ourselves in the world.
🌗 Over three days, we will delve into the shadow to bring it into light. Through guided practices, these hidden parts are invited to emerge, to be seen, acknowledged, and integrated. By embracing our shadow, we release its unconscious hold over us, stepping into an authentic, empowered version of ourselves—free of shame, fear, guilt, or suppression.

Buddhi Dana is a man of the heart and a modern mystic who has spent over two decades devoted to the Tantric path and spiritual awakening.
In 2003, Buddhi experienced a profound Kundalini awakening that transformed his life. Since then, he has dedicated his life’s work to supporting others on their spiritual journey of growth and awakening. During his world travels and five years in India, he received powerful teachings and transmissions from various spiritual guides he met along his path.
Since 2016, he has been guiding courageous individuals toward authentic self-expression, se+ual liberation, and personal empowerment, impacting tens of thousands of lives through one-on-one sessions and group settings across 23 countries. His mission is to empower individuals and raise the collective frequency, sparking a global evolution by touching lives one at a time.
As the founder of Tantra Therapy School and Sacred Awakening, Buddhi teaches a holistic Tantric approach to life, embracing sex, love, and relationships.
His work in meditation and Tantra is deeply influenced by his studies across various traditions, including Kashmir Shaivism, Advaita Vedanta, Tibetan Buddhism, Taoism, Integral systems, and Neo-Tantra. He draws inspiration from the teachings of enlightened master Osho and has spent transformative time at the Osho commune in Pune.
He is also a dedicated lifelong practitioner of other spiritual and healing modalities, such as meditation, breathwork, and plant medicine.

ARJA ROSE
Arja Rose is a passionate transmitter of embodied wisdom and vibrant channel for feminine leadership. Her teachings and transmissions are deeply rooted in both worlds of classical Tantra and modern Shamanism. The past seven years Arja has spend in extensive study, outside of societal norms living a life dedicated to spiritual growth and development. For more than 3 years she has received personal one-on-one guidance and teachings by her mentor and was thought in shamanic studies, Non-dual Tantra, and Kashmiri Shaivism.
