Guided by Seed to Table’s firsthand experience growing vibrant crops through Central Oregon’s summer heat, this 2 hour workshop offers practical strategies to help your garden stay productive and resilient in changing conditions. This workshop explores soil amending, temperature and shade management, and building a diverse farm ecosystem that supports pollinators and beneficial insects even as the season wanes. Participants will also learn about succession planting and fall crops to maintain steady harvests throughout the season. The focus is on creating a balanced, resilient, and ecosystem-minded garden that can thrive throughout the summer months.
