Adult Clay Workshop: Leaf Printed Dishes

Create your own beautiful leaf-printed ceramic dishes in this beginner-friendly clay workshop! Using slabs of clay and real leaves, you'll create two small plates or bowls featuring delicate impressions of nature. Our instructor will guide you step by step as you shape your dishes, press leaves into the clay, and add finishing details to make each piece uniquely yours.
Discover how real leaves can create beautiful patterns and textures in clay, capturing the tiny veins and details of each leaf. Choose from different leaf shapes and arrange them to create your own designs. Your finished dishes will be perfect for holding jewelry, small treats, or displaying as handmade decorations around your home.
After class, your dishes will remain at the studio to dry before being kiln-fired. Our staff will dip-glaze your pieces in the glaze color of your choice and fire them a second time to create a durable, food-safe finish.
The workshop fee is $35 and includes clay for two small dishes, instruction, glazing, and kiln firing. Finished pieces are typically ready for pickup in about 3 weeks.
