Meditation Circle @ Fire Street Pizza

Time for beautifully silent music. We’re hosting a Meditation Circle on the Fire Street stage. It’s secular, it’s practical, and it’s for anyone. Practiced meditators and total beginners welcome. This is about the practice, the stillness... not the credentials.
When: Every other Sunday (Oct 4, Oct 18, Nov 1, Nov 15, Nov 29 )
Time: 9:00 -10:00 AM
Where: Fire Street Pizza Stage
Cost: Free
(Weather permitting)
Three rounds of breathing, three chances to find your rhythm. Between each one, we talk. No silent marathon, no zen theater. Just simple practice, calm and conversation.
Bring a cushion, a mat, a pillow. something so your booty won’t get sore.
Jason (host) - I’ve been practicing Anapana / Metta mediation, for 17 years, and Vipassana for the past year. I’ve spent time in silent retreats, workshops and camps, and many years of quiet discovery... and I want to bring that same calm into a space where anyone, practiced or brand new, can all learn together.
No registration. No pressure. Just stillness. Hope to see you Sunday!
