This training is the FIRST in the world to incorporate acupressure into yin yoga. Students will learn all the common acupoints and learn how to incorporate them into the corresponding yin yoga poses. They will also learn how to apply moxibustion to warm the acupoints for self-healing. Open to all levels of practitioners.
