✨ An unfolding exploration of somatic resonance. A co created 3 hour journey of Somatics, Embodied Yoga, Sound & Mantra with Evy Ferraro & Pavan (Hanuman Project).The body is an archive, storing and shaping experience through tissues and cellular remembrance. Through the excavation of the inner world, one can experience the self as a micro-expression of the macrocosm—a vessel for consciousness to dance through in an unhindered, unbound expression of divine play.
🌀 We will embrace the power of sound to shift and navigate consciousness, with expressive soundscapes, mantras and Voice activation. Combined with the science of Somatics & Embodied Yoga, we will explore new pathways to re-pattern, release and return to our natural wholeness.
🧘🏼 We will journey into Āṇavamala / The Illusion of Separation - The feeling that Something Is Missing? Āṇavamala (or Impurity of Individuality) is the veil that creates the illusion that something is fundamentally wrong. A deep rooted belief that entangles the body, psyche, energy body and nervous system. Inherent to human experience, Āṇavamala Mala conceals us from revealing our true nature - an expression of divinity. Through Somatic enquiry we will excavate the preconscious urges and desires that pull us outward, and the sense of separation that infuses cellular experience and nervous system state, to reveal our eternal nature: Saccidānanda.Truth Consciousness & Bliss. ❤️
