PREREQUISITES
This training is open to anyone who has experienced at least a few Kundalini Energy Activations prior to the course.
No prior teaching or healing experience is required—just an open heart and a deep calling to explore this work.
WHAT TO PREPARE
- Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and long sessions of sitting or lying down.
- Please choose light or neutral colors (white, beige, soft pastels, light greys). Avoid very bright, flashy, or dark colors, as they can be energetically distracting during activations.
- A full white outfit for our final activation ceremony.
