Designed and established by Punnu, he will share his profound knowledge and rich experience of over 35 years which has wide application and maintains both psychological and spiritual depth. You will profoundly deepen your personal meditation practice and receive many ancient and powerful tools to apply to your personal life while gaining the confidence and skills to teach meditation to others.
This journey of self-discovery and inner transformation is open to anyone, whether or not you have any desire to teach meditation.
Punnu Wasu was born and raised in India, in a family deeply immersed in kirtan and spirituality. He has studied with masters in ashrams, yoga, meditation, and spiritual schools across India and beyond, and has also trained in various holistic healing modalities. With over 35 years of profound knowledge and rich experience, he shares his courses globally. Punnu is based in Bali and Switzerland.
