- We owe it to ourselves to make the time to relax, renew, and restore our energy reserves
- Seeking balance in our communities is easier when we, ourselves, are in balance
- When we care for ourselves, we are more able to offer patience & compassion to others
* Mutual Aid / Self-Sufficiency and Self-Reliance
- Sharing our strengths and abilities are building blocks in the foundations of both mutual aid and self-sufficiency
- Efforts toward community health and wellness benefit all of us
* Sustainability
- In order for this activity to be offered to the larger community, a minimum donation of $20 is requested to cover the cost of specialized materials. This is $50 off of the regular $70 service.
