This session will provide an overview of Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) and how they support people with serious mental illness (SMI). WRAP is a simple and powerful tool that can help people with SMI create a plan to help them navigate their mental illness and live a life that is meaningful and productive. The presentation will include information/resources for people with a mental illness, family members as well as behavioral health providers to better understand their role in the process of developing and navigating the plan.
