But much like the owner’s manual for anything else a person buys ,how much do you know about the Constitution? Why are we a republic and what does that mean? How does this document work within our complex legal system? What are the six independent rights found in the first Amendment? Has determining who is a citizen always been controversial? These questions and so many others will be discussed with Wood County Common Pleas Court Judge Matthew L. Reger and Attorney Chet Marcin on Wednesday, September 17 at 7:00 pm.
