The Power of Hope - Living Beyond Cancer is a free monthly support group designed to help individuals living with cancer and the people who care for them navigate life during and after treatment.This support group offers monthly meetings focused on learning about cancer care and wellness topics. It also provides a safe, welcoming space to connect with others on a similar journey and to share stories, challenges and hope.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗻, 𝗪𝗖𝗛 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻. She will share healthy eating tips to manage side effects, nutrition strategies during treatment, foods with multiple benefits and what to expect along with helpful items to keep at home during and after treatment. The session will highlight the importance of healthy eating throughout your cancer journey.
