ACTV Club IRL: Vuori Bethesda Row x Barry's

Join Vuori Bethesda Row for an ACTV Club IRL on February 21st. Led by Elanna Bellofatto, enjoy an energetic and challenging HIIT class followed by refreshments from Berries and Bowls! Post class SWTHZ will be offering a cold plunge experience for all participants.

For class, make sure to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else you may need.

For the cold plunge, please bring a change of clothes and a towel!
