About this Event

This Mat Pilates class focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness + strength. This class will lengthen and strengthen your muscles while giving it a full-body workout!

Lindsay is a 500hr certified pilates instructor with Revelation Bodywork & Pilates.

Her experience ranges from working with physical therapy clients all the way to competitive and professional dancers. On top of Pilates, Lindsay is also a professional choreographer making her classes reach a whole new level of strength building!
