Start your Acro Yoga journey off right, with this 4 week progressive series! In this class, you will learn to fly like a bird, base like a boss, and, of course, spot like a pro. By the end of the series, you'll have all the tools you need to practice Acro Yoga safely, and successfully.When: Fridays, January 10th - 31st 7:20pm-8:20pm
